Terms & Conditions

1.0 Tickets
1.1 Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value in the event of non-attendance. A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to amend the event date.


1.2 Tickets are non-refundable in the event of venue closure due to health and safety concerns, forced closure by emergency services, government action, strike, or acts of God.

1.3 Deposits: For shows more than 30 days away, tickets may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit. The final balance is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the show date. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking by Showlesque and Gamestars, with no refund of the deposit. For bookings made within two weeks of the show date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Requests to decrease group size after paying the deposit but before paying the balance must be made directly to the office. Payments made in full 30 days or more before the event date are strictly non-refundable.


1.4 Seating: Booth and floor seating is available. Tables are allocated at the time of booking. While specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed, all seats provide a clear view of the stage. Floor seats will be reconfigured post-show to accommodate the dance floor.


1.5 Our booking system is ticketless. Entry will be permitted upon confirmation of the full name of the booking holder.


1.6 Service Charge: The venue applies a discretionary 12.5% service charge to your total package, which can be settled on the night. This is not included in the ticket price, as it is optional though we’re quite confident you’ll feel inspired to give it, just like a well-deserved standing ovation at the end of a dazzling show.

2.0 The Shows
2.1 Showlesque: Guests must arrive by 6:30pm. Entry after this time cannot be guaranteed.


2.2 Gamestars: Guests must arrive by 12:00pm for the early sitting at 3:15pm for the afternoon sitting. Entry after this time cannot be guaranteed.


2.3 Food must be pre-ordered at least two (2) days prior to the event. A pre-order link will be sent by the venue, usually 1–2 weeks before the event.


2.4 Shows are strictly 18+. Performances may contain adult language and implied nudity. The venue operates under a licensing agreement, and photographic ID may be required. Entry will be refused to under-18s. Showlesque, Gamestars, and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission.


2.5 Touching performers, entering the stage, or interfering with the performance area is prohibited. Performers are professionals and will not tolerate verbal, sexual, or physical abuse.


2.6 Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.


2.7 Showlesque and Gamestars accept no liability for personal loss or damage. Lost property queries must be directed to the venue.


2.8 Dress code: Smart attire is required. Sportswear and fancy dress are not permitted.

3.0 Behaviour and Safety

3.1 The venue welcomes celebrations such as hen/stag parties, birthdays, office events, and date nights, but reserves the right to end any activity deemed dangerous, violent, or disruptive. Offending parties will be removed with tickets voided and no refund given.


3.2 Entry may be refused to anyone arriving intoxicated. No refund will be issued.


3.3 The venue accepts no liability for incidents involving customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection without refund.


3.4 Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, the venue does not currently provide wheelchair access.


3.5 Gamestars Bottomless Package: Includes prosecco, house wine, house tap beer, and house tap cider. Cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic bottled alternatives are excluded. Bottomless soft drinks are included, except bottled non-alcoholic beers, ciders, spirits, and cocktails.

4.0 Payment Security

4.1 Payments are processed through a Secure Internet Payment Gateway. Debit/credit card details are encrypted using industry-standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Card details are not stored online, and only the merchant’s bank has access to this data. Confirmation information is transmitted securely to the client’s browser.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Total Pricing: All ticket prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all mandatory taxes, booking fees, and administrative charges. The price you see at the start of the booking process is the total amount you will pay, excluding optional add-ons (such as drinks packages, service charge at venue or merchandise) which may be selected later.

5.2 No Hidden Charges: Showlesque does not apply "drip pricing." Any delivery or processing fees are calculated and disclosed as part of the initial headline price.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1 Complaints Procedure: In accordance with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, if you have a concern regarding how we handle your personal data, you may lodge a formal complaint by emailing rebecca@showlesque.co.uk.

6.2 Response Times: We will acknowledge your data complaint within 30 days and provide a full response or progress update within 60 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you retain the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

7. User Reviews and Testimonials

7.1 Verification: Showlesque is committed to authenticity. All reviews displayed on our site are verified as being from genuine customers who have attended a performance. This is achieved via [e.g., verified ticket purchase links / third-party platforms like Google Reviews].

7.2 Incentivised Content: Where a customer has received a discount or incentive in exchange for a review, this will be clearly disclosed alongside the specific testimonial.

8. Digital Accessibility

8.1 We aim to provide a website that is accessible to all users, targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. If you encounter any barriers to booking due to a disability, please contact us at rebecca@showlesque.co.uk and we will provide an alternative manual booking service at no additional cost.

9.0 Agreement

9.1By purchasing a ticket to any Showlesque or Gamestars event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
