Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value in the event of non-attendance. A minimum notice of 30 days is required to amend the event date.1.1
Tickets are non-refundable in the event of venue closure due to health and safety concerns for staff and customers, forced closure by emergency services, government action, strike, or acts of God.1.2
Deposits: For shows more than 30 days away, tickets may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit. The final balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the show date. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event date. Failure to complete the payment in full may result in the cancellation of the booking by Showlesque and Gamestars, with no refund on the deposit provided. For bookings made within two weeks of the show, full payment is required. To decrease group size after paying the deposit but before paying the remaining balance, please contact the office. Failure to pay the balance 2 weeks prior to the show date will result in Showlesque cancelling the booking without refunding the deposit.1.3
Seating: We offer booth and floor seating. Tables are allocated at the time of booking, and while we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements for groups, all seats provide an excellent view of the stage. Floor seats will be relocated post-show to accommodate the dance floor.1.4
Our online booking system is ticketless. Upon entry, staff require only the full name of the person who made the booking.The Showlesque & Gamestars Shows2.0

Food must be pre-ordered at least two days prior to the event. A link for pre-ordering will be sent via email from the venue, typically one to two weeks before the event.2.2
The show is intended for audiences over 18 and may contain adult language and implied nudity. The venue is licensed and therefore under 18s will not be admitted. Photographic ID may be required for entry. The venue, Showlesque, and Gamestars reserve the right to refuse admission.2.3
Touching performers or dancing on stage or in the work area is prohibited, as it may cause slippery conditions. Our performers are industry professionals and will not tolerate verbal, sexual, or physical abuse of any kind.2.4
Any form of verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or touching of performers will not be tolerated, and offenders will be asked to leave immediately without refund.2.5
Showlesque is not responsible for any personal loss or damage. For lost property, please contact the venue directly.2.6
Dress code: Dress to impress; no sports attire or fancy dress.3.0
The venue understands that attendees may be celebrating a hen/stag do, birthday party, office event, ladies'/gentlemen's night, or date night. While the focus is on fun, the venue reserves the right to terminate any activity due to dangerous, violent, drunken, or inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior will result in voided tickets and removal from the venue with no refund.3.1
Entry may be refused to individuals who arrive at the venue intoxicated. No refund will be given.3.2
We accept no liability for any incidents involving customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Drug use is illegal and not permitted on the premises. Offenders will be ejected from the venue with no refund.3.3
Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, the venue does not offer wheelchair access.3.4
Gamestars Only: The bottomless package includes prosecco, house wine, house tap-beer, and house tap-cider. Cocktails and spirits are not included. Bottomless soft drinks are included, excluding non-alcoholic bottled beer, non-alcoholic bottled cider, non-alcoholic spirits, and non-alcoholic cocktails.Credit Card Safeguard4.0
